This is the main bedroom, it is carpeted and has large windows which allow in a decent amount of natural light. It is quite large and has the space for a queen size bed, bedside tables, dressing tables and a tall boy (current housemate has easily fit these into the room).

Description of the home

A cosy unit in a great location! It features a decent sized living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a small laundry. The kitchen and living rooms are air conditioned. There is a good sized bathroom which includes a shower and separate bath. There is a small garden area out front which is tendered to and requires minimal involvement. The back courtyard shares with the other units, but the way it has been set up it is private from the others.

It is located close to the beach and jetty road as well as Marion shopping centre, the airport, Harbourtown and a short drive into the city. It is just off Anzac highway close to bus stops, and a very short walk to the city to bay tram line. Flinders uni is a 20 minute drive away.

Hi I'm Matt, I'm 23 and currently working part time and about to start studying my masters in social work at flinders university. I enjoy seeing friends and hanging out watching movies or eating out. I also enjoy nights at home just relaxing watching tv, and not doing much. I try to keep the house as clean as possible and as less cluttered as possible. I like to think I'm quite a good cook and enjoy cooking for others. i think that's pretty much it :)
