The bedroom is best suited to a single bed, however it can fit up to a queen size. Bedside table and clothes rack can be provided. Depending on the size of the bed you have, bedroom could also fit a desk or wardrobe/chest of drawers. Well lit. Wooden floors, so it's very easy to keep clean. Cupboard right outside of bedroom can be used for additional storage if needed.

2 bedroom townhouse in Glandore. The kitchen is modern with excellent stove top and oven. One bathroom, with an additional toilet located downstairs. Air conditioning downstairs in living area. Enclosed paved courtyard. Very low maintenance garden. Undercover parking space. Large cupboard downstairs for storage, and more storage space upstairs.

House is furnished, but you would need to supply your own bedroom furniture. There is additional space downstairs to add a desk, computer, TV, bookshelf, etc. if you wish.

Quiet area, only 10 minute drive from the city. 2 minute walk to tram and bus stops. Across the road from local park. Supermarket and Kmart within 10 minute walk. Flinders University is also close by.

Bills and expenses

All bills are split equally. Your expenses would be $30/month for internet, $35/quarter for water, and approximately $125/quarter for electricity. Internet and water are always the same price, and electricity bills are usually low because I'm quite conservative about my usage.
