Description of the home
An unfurnished room is available for rent in a 4 bedroom house. It is a renovated house with everything you need including: reverse cycle air conditioning, a television, a car port, a washing machine, a big backyard and a completely equipped newly renovated kitchen. A big bonus is solar panels!
The house is in an excellent location in Glenelg East, a 5 minute walk from the Tram-stop and a 10 minute walk from Jetty Road and the Popular Glenelg Beach front. The University of Adelaide and the University of South Australian (both campuses) can be comfortably assessed by the tram in 40 minutes. Flinders University is also easily accessed by bus (40 minutes).

Tom - Hi I am Tom, I am 23yrs old and I am studying health science at the University of Adelaide. I work as a barista at a Cafe in Glenelg. My Uni hours are between 9-5 during the week and my work hours mould around my Uni hours. I can be found playing games on my Computer or listening to music and minding my own business most times. I love Movies and going to Cafes.
Deanna - My name is Deanna, I am 19 yrs old and I am studying a bachelor of food and nutrition science at the University of Adelaide. I also have Uni between 9-5 Monday-Friday. After Uni I like to unwind after a hard day of being a Uni student by crawling into bed and watching Netflix. I love cooking and baking in my spare time and I think I am pretty good at it ;). On Weekends I like catching up with friends and drawing.
