About the occupants
My girlfriend, housemate and I are seeking someone to move into their own room in a 3 bedroom town house for long-term lease. So there's 3 of us in the house and looking for the 4th to occupy the spare room.

I'm a 28 year old full time worker/student. Aradia is a full time worker/student as well. We are all tidy and mostly non smoking. We are pretty considerate house mates, respectful of privacy, cleanliness and noise issues.
