Description of the home
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Balaclava. Light wood polished floorboards with carpeted bedrooms. Super modern design and furnishings. Bedrooms are nice and separate from each other as well which is good! Big balcony with some plants (no BBQ but have plans to add one soon). I have been here for two years and I still love coming home every day.
It's one of only four apartments and I'm the top front one so it's extremely private and has nice views looking down over St Kilda.
200m from Carlisle St, 50m from Chapel street. Situated on a one way street so traffic is quiet.

My name is Jess and I’m 23.
I’m relatively easy-going, very sporty, very funny and am yet to decline a beverage.
The only TV I watch is normally sport, or occasionally a good movie! I try and cook at least once a week but I do tend to have most meals out.
I’m very clean and I’m happy to clean common areas if you’re lacking those skills.
I don't party a lot, I definitely prefer a great restaurant and bar to a club.
I work for Audi in sales so have Wednesday’s and Sunday’s off, both of which I normally spend outdoors. I leave around 730 in the morning and come home around 730 so I'm not around too much!
I've travelled quite a bit and am very independent.
I’m definitely after someone I do get along with, whether it's just a quick chat of an evening or a genuine 'good morning' of a morning. I would like to think I am considerate and friendly!
Ideally I would like a male just because guys always seem a bit cruisier. If you’re a fly-in, fly-out worker then you definitely have the room!
