Description of the home

I am currently looking for someone to live with me in my beautiful big 3 bedroom, 1 (very large) bathroom, townhouse in North Perth. The house has a lot of downstairs space including a loungeroom, living area, kitchen, laundry and toilet downstairs. There are 3 decent size bedrooms upstairs with built in robes, new carpet and a large bathroom with separate toilet. There is a medium size courtyard / backyard perfect for Friday / Sat arvo drinks. Will consider small pets (WOULD LOVE A MINIATURE DASHHOUND to be the new house pet).

I basically have all furniture needed, so if you just had your bedroom furniture that would be ideal. There is still plenty of space for storage of stuff if you do have it, including a 3rd bedroom that I'd like to keep empty.

This is the perfect central location, just down the road from Coles, the Rosemount and 5 mins from William and Beaufort street gold.

Bills and expenses

We will be splitting the bills between the two of us, based on previous rental experience the electricity, gas and water is around $60 a month. The optional extras I pay for are $60 a month unlimited internet, $11 a month netflix and $50 a month foxtel (sports only - I mainly use it for AFL games) - it would be great if you were interested in chipping in for all these things but get if you don't use them too.
