Partly furnished freestanding house in Rose Park. The house is an old bungalow with a big front yard and very large back yard.
Location is fantastic, and ideal for those studying or working in the city. The 144 stops right out the front, 5 minutes walk to Victoria Park racecourse or 30 minutes walk to the Exeter if you feel so inclined.
