The apartment is on the 24th floor of the beautiful ELAN building adjacent to the KX Coca Cola sign. It has sweeping views from Botany Bay right round to the CBD. There is an outdoor balcony and 5* communal facilities including heated outdoor pool, spa, sauna and gym, there is also 24x7 Concierge with secure entry by swipe tag.
The apartment is fully furnished with quality appliances and furniture and its only a 3 minute walk to KX train station, 1 stop to Martin Place. There is a Fitness First and Anytime Fitness directly across the street as well as our in-house gym which is of reasonable size. Coles supermarket is also located directly across the street and trades till 10pm 7 days
There is also a lovely landscaped outdoor area with sun loungers adjacent to the outdoor pool. Visitor parking is available, and other car spaces come up for rent at approx $50 week if required.
