There is an outdoor balcony and 5* communal facilities including heated outdoor pool, spa, sauna and gym, there is also 24x7 Concierge with secure entry by swipe tag.

The apartment is fully furnished with quality appliances and furniture and its only a 3 minute walk to KX train station, 1 stop to Martin Place. There is a Fitness First and Anytime Fitness directly across the street as well as our in-house gym which is of reasonable size. Coles supermarket is also located directly across the street and trades till 10pm 7 days

There is also a lovely landscaped outdoor area with sun loungers adjacent to the outdoor pool. Visitor parking is available, and other car spaces come up for rent at approx $50 week if required.

Hi Im Alan an easy going full-time employed guy in the avionics field and in my 50's. I have a very modern and broadminded outlook on life, fairly quiet but like to go out for a drink now and then. I work 2 night shifts a week so will sleep till lunch time on those days.
Im a non smoker and like to have a very tidy house and don't very often have friends over.
I usually go to the gym in the evenings for an hour when Im not working.
Compatible people
My share-mate must be very tidy around the house and be prepared to do some of the housework like vacuuming occasionally and putting their own dishes etc in the dishwasher. I would prefer a non-smoker, and definitely no smoking in the apartment. Also unable to have pets because of the Strata by-laws. Kitchen must be kept clutter free and tidy. There is a large fridge/freezer for food storage and good quality appliances
