We are looking for a single or a couple to join 2 male roommates in Alexandria. Awesome location, not too far from the city but far enough away that you don't have to live in the middle of a busy CBD.
You'll be living on the top floor of a 2-storey penthouse apartment. Large bedroom and full bathroom. Rent is ridiculous for the location - gym, pool, <5min walk to train and bus, free street parking, close to the airport, cycleways to the city, barely hear the street noise & Netflix included ✌

Gas (quarterly): last bill was ~$210, split 4 ways

You will be taking over the room for Josh and I as we're moving overseas.
We're all young professionals working in the CBD and looking for someone that will keep the same schedule as us and that we have some things in common with.
I work as a software developer, Josh is a teacher, Johann a business analyst and Conor an accountant.
The mood in the house is fairly laid back and casual, we all prefer to hang around and do our own thing at home during the week to recharge after a busy work day and will often be out during weekends. Work aside, a good chat, music, video games, travel, drinking are some of the things we all enjoy.
We've been known to throw a few ragers since moving in, the great location and space in the house makes it easy and may have friends/family around but for the most part are looking for someone to fit in with the young-professional lifestyle we all lead. Someone that is very extroverted probably wouldn't have much fun in our house.
