The available room is the master bedroom and it's massive. There's currently a chest of draws in the room along with a partially assembled Ikea Stolmen wardrobe. But if you have your own furniture, I can take all of this out.

Description of the home

I'm living in a gorgeous, freshly renovated 2 bedroom house in Annadale. Brand new bathroom, brand new kitchen, new carpet and paint work. There's a lot to love about this place including the courtyard which is massive. There's plenty of free street parking if you have a car.

I also have a house full of furniture including a fridge, washing machine, dining table and almost every kitchen utensil you can imagine. Given that, this is a fit for someone that's looking to simply move in and not have to worry about setting up a house.

It's a 2-minute walk to Annandale village.

While it'd be great to get someone long term, I'm open to a shorter stay for the right person.

I work from home so we can work out the best split for bills but you'll need to chip in for internet, gas, power and water. I also have a cleaner that comes once and week for the bargain price of $15 each.
