We have a spare room for rent in a gorgeous house, perfect for people that loves plenty of space and a comfortable room. The house is a modern style house, has a large integrated Kitchen and dining room, Theatre room, garden with social/barbecue area, large bathroom and laundry. There's parking space available if you bring your car.

You can go to the CBD by train on a 20 min ride. The train station is walking distance from the house, or if you have a car, it will take only 10 minutes.

Number of facilities is at short distanced, such as a tennis club, local food market, cafes, restaurants, post office and recreation/fitness center with Olympic-size swimming pools. 10 minutes drive to the Swan Valley region, with its vineyards and venues, also only 7 minutes drive to Galleria shopping center, where you will find the best shops of Perth. A Bus stops at our door. It's a public service that goes to the CBD and other stations.
