Description of the home

This is a grand old house in Albert Park and has heaps of space including a large room at the front of the house (currently used as a gym, laundry drying area and bike parking) and a big private courtyard.

The house is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom which is for rent.

Upstairs has a full bathroom and there is a second toilet downstairs. Even though we would be sharing a bathroom - I rarely use this during the week as I ride to the gym/work and get ready there.

Located just around the corner from the Albert Park village which has heaps of cafes, shops and a little IGA. It's also a minutes walk to the No 1 tram and 5 minutes to the 96. The beach is just a 10 minute walk - perfect location for summer!

In case you're a frequent traveller, the house is only 20 mins from Tullamarine Airport.

All in all, I think it is the perfect location :-)
