We have a very spacious and awesome room available in our Annandale Townhouse. Our 3 bedroom home comes mostly furnished and you will gain 3 housemates, 1 little cat and 1 gorgeous puppy - who are all awesome!! We are hoping to find a house mate who is a young professional, tidy, friendly and an animal lover, to join our little Annandale gang.

The townhouse also has a storage cage downstairs which you're most welcome to use. Street parking on Johnston Street is unlimited and unmonitored so parking will not be an issue if you have a car.

Our home is literally on the light rail line and so public transport is a breeze.

Your room would be unfurnished but the rest of the house is set up quite nicely (we think so) and so you would not need to worry about anything else. We do however have a wardrobe available for your use in the bedroom if you need it.

Move in date would be mid September however that date is flexible for the right person.

My name it Tiffany and I am searching for our new housemate for our Annandale home. I am 27 years old and live with my partner Stefano, also 27 and our other roommate Sylvia who is 29. We have one gorgeous kittens, Luna and one amazing Labrador, Bear! They are mostly with us downstairs and don't cause any trouble. However, very very friendly and super super gorgeous!

We are all pretty easy going but ensure we maintain a high level of respect for all housemates. We like to have a clean home but also value our nights with movie and wines. The house is not a party house at all but we do like to get along with our housemates and occasionally hang out.

This is my two loves and are such a gorgeous addition to our house. They are my world and so you must be a pet lover as they are super friendly. However, they both know their boundaries and wont go in your room without permission. Bear is walked daily, attends daycare and rarely leaves my side so you wont need to worry about living with a big doggo.
