The house on a quiet street has 4 fully furnished single bedrooms. One good size very pleasant room is available now, no lease, no bond. The room has a lockable door, two windows so light and ventilation are good, a good size study desk an armed swivel chair, also a TV/DVD player and lounge type chair for quiet time relaxing, and located away from the kitchen and lounge.

The room comes with an off street driveway parking space otherwise the house is very convenient to the Adelaide CBD, about 5 minutes walk to the bus or train, close to the G10 bus route to Flinders Uni, and close to the tram to the Glenelg beach. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, so no waiting.

We provide some consumables like laundry soap, face tissues, and toilet paper, plus there is a washing machine, undercover clothes drying area and a vacuum cleaner etc..
