This room has no furniture. It is at the front of the house and the bathroom separates the two bedrooms. The rest of the house is furnished. It would suit a professional working in the area who does not have much furniture. There is an off-street carport that comes with this room. The house is in a great location, there are bike paths nearby and the mall is just down the road.

Nice split level small home. Set on the hill and has views over Woden. The house has a great kitchen with all the major needs and appliances. There is a small outdoor area in the front and back of the property. In a very safe and quiet area. The house has an undercover carport for use by the potential new housemate.
I'm not in a rush to find someone... would rather find the perfect housemate fit.

Bills and expenses

I work full time for the government - usually Mon-Fri. I go away some weekends. I like to spend time at home, relaxing, cooking or watching tv. I like doing some exercising about the house or getting out to many walking trails and mountains nearby. I like to keep the house fairly tidy and clean, although I'm not pedantic. I am fairly easy going to live with, always up for a laugh or a drink. The perfect housemate would be someone who is respectful, easy to interact with and understand alone times.
