The rooms gets lots of sun streaming in through the day and is in very quiet position away from main living areas. The room has new sandwashed floorboards and has just been repainted and has a ceiling fan. There's plenty of space for a queen or king sized bed plus bedside tables and or dressing table/chair etc to be in the room.

Just a moments walk to Vaucluse village shops ( 200m down the road) for great cafes and delis and the Vaucluse lighthouse and coastal parklands are 500m down the road.

Walk to Camp Cove, Parsley Bay or Watsons Bay (or a 2min drive) or 5 mins the other way and you're in Rose Bay or Bondi. Buses to Bondi & the City are right on our doorstep.

Hi there, I'm Jess. I'm 32 and i'm a business consultant working primarily on creative projects and for a Not-for-profit organisation.

I've been in the apartment for just over 8 months now and really love it and the area. I like to be able to relax at home and it's definitely more of a haven than a party house! During the week, I am out the door pretty early and generally am in at night. On the weekends you'll find me down the road at Bondi or Camp Cove pretty much every minute through Summer! I love to travel, love yoga & dance, cooking and the occasional dinner party at home.

I'm very tidy (without being annoying though!), down to earth and i'm respectful of anothers privacy and space.

I'm looking for someone who will want to enjoy this being their home and who is down to earth, drama free and respectful and tidy.

There's plenty of space within the apartment for our own privacy but it's great to have a friend rather than just a flatmate who can enjoy a vino or the occasional dinner party with a few of our friends together!
