The house is fully furnished except for the bedrooms and has reverse cycle air-con in all rooms. There are tiles throughout the main living spaces but all bedrooms and theatre room have carpet. Spacious living and dining area with separate open-plan theatre room set up with home theatre system. Spacious study with an empty desk perfect for studying if needed.

Separate kitchen with all amenities including electric oven and gas stove top, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and more. Bedrooms are unfurnished and comfortably fit a queen size bed with space for bedside tables and chest of drawers. Also have a small built-in robe in each. Bedroom 1 includes garage parking space & sliding door to backyard. Household bills (internet, gas, electricity and water) will be split evenly between all housemates.

Medium-sized grassed backyard with undercover timber decking area, complete with dining table and chairs perfect for BBQ's during the summer.

The house is close to public transport. There is a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk from the front door, on Beeliar Dr. Cockburn Central Train Station is a few minute drive away. Walking distance to Beeliar Shopping Centre which has a small IGA, newsagent, cafe chemist and take-away food shops. Less than 5 minute drive to Coles Beeliar, McDonald's, Red Rooster and other take-away food shops. Also close by to Gateways Shopping Centre and a number of pubs and eateries. Only a few minute drive from Beeliar freeway entrance.
