Description of the home

A smart modern 4 bedroom house on May Street in Bayswater, just off Beaufort Street with short drives into Morley, Inglewood and Mt Lawley, and walking distance from bus stops and Meltham/Bayswater stations.

We're currently looking for new tenants - preferably, two who will take BOTH the available rooms as a package. (There are two other bedrooms and plenty of common spaces in the house, so there's room for you to reduce your rent significantly if you feel like finding additional renters.)

The master bedroom has polished floorboards, air conditioning, a small walk in wardrobe, an ensuite and a private courtyard.

The second bedroom has polished floorboards, a ceiling fan, a small study desk and a built-in wardrobe. The tenant would be welcome to make exclusive use of a similar-sized room immediately next to this bedroom (or the room could be rented out to an additional tenant).

The property has a secure garage that connects to the house. The garage has two spaces, and there is an unsecured spot outside the front of the house. There is also free street parking one or two houses along (as there is an 'island' for cyclists immediately outside the house).

Internet will not be connected when you move in but is available.

Rhys - Rhys is a brick layer. He's also a great guy, relaxed and easy going and able to get along with everyone. He's very respectful of people's needs and privacy and always happy to talk about making the house a better place for everyone to live. He's an outdoor smoker, but he only ever smokes in his private outdoor courtyard which is far removed from the house's common spaces and other bedrooms.
