Newly built 3 bedroom house with a very spacious lounge room perfect for a make shift dance floor when entertaining witch also consists a Ping Pong table that has many other different uses that seems to come in handy. The main bedroom is at other end of the house so privacy is assured when required as the TV room is separate do from all. I've a fairly basic set up but have everything that's required for general living , washing machine, large fridge. Dbl garage separate bathroom. And it's all pretty New.
Baldivis Shopping centre is a 5min walk and bus stop within 100m that will get you to the train station, and is only just off the freeway when driving.

I'm James 36 easy going and I've lived in group houses for a fair few years now with this being the first time living alone so totally understand group house politics.
My work hours are pretty standard. I enjoy a beer watching the footy, wine when I'm cooking dinner and maybe a sneaky cigarette outside in between , which I also use ashtrays too.
Honest , trusting and someone who's straight up if ever difficulties occured around renting situations, as I'd much rather try n help to prevent any situation rather than be reacting to it.
