House is a partly furnished house located in Millswood (near Goodwood, Clarence Gardens and Forestville). House will be shared with a professional woman in her early 40's and her well trained dog (2 year old staffy). The backyard is large, containing fruit trees and a shed with ample room for storage or usage. Plenty of off-street parking.
It is a 5 minute walk to both Clarence Gardens and Millswood train stations, a 2 minute walk to bus service between Marion and Paradise (through the CBD) and approx 7 minute walk to the Forestville tram stop.

About the occupants
Amber works in the city each weekday from 9-5 and is in her early 40's. She enjoys socialising with housemates when at home, but also understands the need for time alone. Her dog is very friendly and well behaved, and loves meeting new people (especially dog lovers).
