Home Description

Description of the home

Come share with us!

Fully furnished freestanding house in Kensington Park. It is large, high ceiling, wood floors. There are some cosmetic cracks in the wall. It is a big old house with lots of character. The kitchen is seriously great. We have two full sized refrigerators, we have a six burner stove top and a big beautiful wooden table where we tend to sit around, hang out, share a glass of wine and a chat from time to time.

There are 2 bathrooms, a cosy living room, a study room and a wine cellar. We have a massive backyard with plans to make some veggie gardens.

Bills and expenses

About the occupants
We are three early 30s professionals (a guy and two girls), working in media, physio and psych. We tend to pack in a lot of extra curricular activities (Hockey, Hiking, Photography, Women's football, rock climbing, book clubs, whiskey clubs, yoga, music and podcasts make up a few of our collective interests), but we love a warm friendly home and to share a glass of wine and a laugh. It is a home environment, not just a place to put your stuff.
Compatible people
We want someone who likes to hang out and chat with housemates, is clean, respective emotionally clued in. Someone who is engaged and interested in life.
