Hi, I'm Ben. The room available would be mine as I am moving. The rent is currently $300 p/w but if the third bedroom is filled it could be reduced to $240 p/w. I'm happy to leave the bed frame and mattress for a cost (we can discuss) I'm an English expat living and working in Sydney. I work as an online marketing manager for a fine jeweller here in Sydney. I work Monday to Friday 9 - 6. I'm pretty relaxed and laid back. I enjoy going out for meal and social drinks and of course the odd over endulgence. I love the outdoors and sports and like to keep in shape.

Jordan - Jordan is 25 and works as a restaurant manager for Grill'd in Paramatta. He works varied shifts but usually pretty late, so most of the time youll have the apartment to yourself. He's very easy going and relaxed and happy for you to pretty much do whatever. Bring a good vibe and be respectful and you'll enjoy the household.
