Large front bedroom with Venetian blinds, polished floor boards, mantle piece and 2 x clothes racks either side of mantle piece. The large front window looks out over a lush green garden onto a very quiet street. There is space for a large bed, chest of drawers etc. You could probably also fit a small desk depending on how you arrange your furniture.

The room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished if you would prefer. You will have your own bathroom incl. bath, plenty of storage etc.

Furnished or unfurnished beautiful front room with fireplace and private bathroom in Albert Park just 10 mins tram from city and 5 min walk from beach, Albert Park Lake and MSAC.

Looking for an individual or couple to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom terrace house. We have been living with another couple and love having the spare room (which has a queen sized sofa bed) for interstate guests or even just somewhere out of the way to hang washing. The house itself is furnished as per the photographs, including outdoor setting and day bed on the large, North facing deck at the back with city views.

Transport:
10 minutes to the Melbourne CBD
Number 1 tram leaves from the end of the street about 100m away, only 5 min walk to the 96 light rail
Plenty of parking available out the front - permits available or you can park just around the corner without a permit.

The area:
Albert Park has many cafes, restaurants and shops all just a few mins walk away. The beach is really close by, as is Albert Park lake and MSAC.

We are a late 20s professional couple, both work full time, usually out a few nights a week playing sport. Looking for an individual or couple leading a similar lifestyle, happy to cook for each other too. As we are approaching summer, will spend a lot of time having bbq and drinks on the back deck.
