Fully furnished freestanding house in Baldivis. My home was occupied by my family until recently. I like to keep my place tidy and neat, it has a large garden front and back which will be taken care of, a large shed for storage space and a spare room. There is side access that could fit 3 cars down one side and 1 spare garage spot and a large driveway. I have a home theatre set up which could be used if available.

I have a bus stop just near the front of my house and the Warnbro train station is within a 5 min drive, also the freeway is within a minutes drive.
