We live on 15 acres in Diggers Rest. Our bedroom and ensuite are at one end of the house and spare rooms are at the other end. Large lounge, separate dining and lots of sitting and relaxing spaces inside and out.

Rent includes electricity and water (we also have a huge indoor fireplace in the lounge which we use regularly). Internet optional if needed. In terms of food, basics could be contributed to and shared meal preparation and costs would be negotiable, depending on the person. Someone who loves cooking would be fine, as would be someone who doesn't.
