I'm looking for house mates to share a furnished 4 x 2 with a pool in Banksia Grove. 2 unfurnished rooms available with built in robes. One double room, fits king or queen sized bed with double built in robe. Second room fits a queen size bed. The large main bathroom will be shared. The toilet is separate. There are 2 living areas with TVs that are hardly used and fully equipped kitchen and laundary. There is a spacious backyard with established fruit trees, a patio and a pool. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and internet. Located just off Joondalup drive, a 10 min drive to Lakeside shopping centre and under 15mins to ECU and Burns Beach. Easy access to public transport. The new Banksia Grove shopping village is just down the road with a Coles, restaurants, Liquor Land etc. Please contact me if you'd like to know anything else
I am a 32yo female. I work 5 jobs so i'm out a lot. I love music, travel, adventure, animals. I'm friendly, laid back, active and in a relationship. Happy to share chats, social meals, bbqs etc. Just looking for someone reliable and respectful around the same age to share with. I have 2 small older dogs which are well behaved.
