This gorgeous place is a nicely maintained cottage. It's got ducted heating/cooling throughout, high ceilings, wooden floorboards, a big kitchen, nicely laid out kitchen with lots of storage space, and a nice sunny little spot to sit out the back. There's plenty of space for two, with a spare room that I'm willing to talk about shared use of. There's plenty of room for some extra furniture, a small shed for bikes, and a really nice sheltered sunny courtyard in the back. I've started growing tomatoes for the summer season.

Note: there's NO off street parking and some limited zones in the street. However, it's possible to get a residents permit on the car from Council so you can park in more spaces. Let me know if you're interested, and I'll explain more :)

Walk or 10 minute bus ride to city - convenient to Aquatic centre, parklands, Royal Oak and Oxford hotels, 24-hour bakery, walk to Adelaide Oval, convenient to WCH and Adelaide Uni, and close to loads of great restaurants!

I'm Bec, and I've shared on an off over the years. I work normal office hours and am home at least a few nights a week. I like to do some kind of exercise each week, but also happy to have a glass of wine and a catch-up. I've been living in Sydney for about 18 years, and recently returned. I'd want to share with someone relatively house-trained but also a bit chilled I'm pretty green - well, I try to recycle properly, anyway. I like to cook and happy to share occasional meals. I don't have Foxtel and don't want it - mainly watch ABC and SBS at home. I am trying to learn to play guitar but am a bit rubbish. I like to have friends and family visit round, and to be able to offer the spare room to friend from time to time.
