3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. You will have your own bathroom unless someone is visiting in 3rd bedroom (you are welcome to have friends & family visit & stay for short periods) I don't have many visitors, maybe once a year. Full use of lounge, kitchen laundry. I do have a portable air-conditioner if required.
