Great price for a room and your own bathroom in a beautiful modern apartment in Turner. Close to everything, 5 mins from ANU, fantastically good value, modern and comes with all the furnishings you need. This won't last long.

Other info: Bills are reasonably economical. There is some space for more furniture if you have it, I'm happy to chat. The place is really nice. There is a car space available and I'm happy to negotiate if you're interested in sharing it.
