The house is a minutes walk from the Yarra River and trail. Close to the Collingwood Children's Farm, Abbotsford Convent as well as a swathe of trendy cafes including Three Bags Full and Mavis the Grocer, not to mention the incredible Vietnamese food on Victoria Street. Collingwood station, Victoria Street tramlines as well as Hoddle Street and Johnstone street bus routes are all minutes walk away as is the Hive complex featuring Aldi, Coles and a very cheap Vietnamese grocer.

I live with three others who are described below. Though I should note, the room available is the granny flat and separate from the main house so this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a private, self contained existence. We are, however, very sociable if you want to come in to the main house and have a cuppa every now and then.
Dave - Dave is a fun guy that runs two businesses. he often works from home and loves animals and extreme sports. He travels to Sydney frequently.
Jane - Jane is currency trader and cook extraordinaire. She loves reading and leisurely walks with the dogs.
Bernadette - Bernadette is an ex-corporate exec and glamazon. She enjoys bike-riding, wine-tasting and whirlwind trips abroad with her beau, Baz.
