Welcome house hunters!

We have a spare room in our humble 3 bedroom townhouse in Alphington available as soon as possible!

We are in a prime location just near Eastern Freeway, only a couple of minutes walk to Yarra river and parklands and a 10 minute walk to nearby train stations if you need public transport.

Our fully furnished home features a large light-filled living area, big kitchen and bathroom with bedrooms all upstairs.
*if you happen to have a kitchen table or dryer that would be a bonus. We have room for extra pieces if you have any.

We live with a gorgeous Kelpie named Elke, who is very well behaved and loves attention so that would need to be okay with you

Were not much of a party house, so looking for someone of similar mindset who appreciates a relaxed and stress free environment to come home to. If this fits yourself, just shoot us a message :)

Andy, 34, personal trainer and part time naturopathy student. Works long days, some early starts but nothing crazy. Laid back, terrible sense of humour but if you like dad jokes it could work. Comes with almost 2 year old kelpie named Elke

Ben, 27 years old, full time honours student at La Trobe Uni. Works casually in a couple of jobs so usually pretty busy during the week. Tidy, easy-going and hard working guy

Description of pets
Little Elke is the "4th housemate", she's almost 2 years old Kelpie, super friendly and surprisingly well behaved, fully house/crate trained. Lives inside and out, she's happy either way. Doesn't chew anything/destroy anything (outside of her plush chickens, poor things)
