The lounge area has reverse cycle heating/cooling as well as gas wall unit that provide very effective & affordable heating during Melbourne winter!
Light, bright and clean bathroom with shower and bath, as well as a separate toilet. Hallway has large cupboards with space for linen, towels or additional storage space if needed.
Train station at the end of the street as well as tram stops at both ends of the street. Walking distance or very short drive to Malvern Central and Glenferrie Road supermarkets and shops.
