Hi there, I'm Simon.

My girlfriend Laura and I have a 1 bedroom granny flat up for grabs in Primbee.

Our bud is moving out after 2 and a half happy years in the self contained flat adjoining the house. Its had a fresh coat of paint, new kitchen with a fridge, carpet and tiles installed and a semi private deck area. The bedroom is large with a separate bathroom/laundry and storage space.

The bus stop out the front takes 15-20mins to get to the heart of Wollongong and the Uni otherwise there is lots of room in the backyard to park if you were to drive and all the street parking is free and very available. The beach is a 600m walk away, the lake is closer and the shopping center is just down the road.

We have both just hit our dirty 30's, pretty easy going and have lived in share houses most of our adult lives. We are happy to share the space and a beer every now and then but are mindful of it being your own space if you wish to make it that way.

Our dog Willow has the run of the back yard during the day (but mostly inside these days at night). She is very friendly so we are open to dog lovers and owners who need a large yard for their dog and so they will have a bit of company together running around the yard.

If you dont have a dog, thats ok but she will demand a pat before you go inside because the entrance to the flat is from the back yard.

About the occupants
My Girlfriend Laura and I (Simon), 31 and 32 respectively and share the main house with our mates Steve and Ally. We have lived in the houses for a few years now and enjoy the space and how close it is to everything. Standard flatmate stuff, enjoy a beer and footy, we are really close to Port Kembla beach but sort of in the middle so a surfing partner would be sweet cos there is never anyone else surfing there to lower the shark attack odds.
Compatible people
We are looking for someone who will respect the place and treat it as their own, clean but not OCD. Creepy/murdery people need not apply.. unless you like baking muffins and share them then you may be considered. Couples welcome too.
Description of pets
3yr old English Mastiff. Cute as, loves people but maybe a little too much cos if she doesn't get to hang out inside when we are watching tv she will have a sook at the back door.
