Three bedroom, fully furnished house in Armstrong Creek.
A relatively new estate. And the house was only built 3 yrs ago.
One room is currently set up as a 'study' so at this stage I am only looking for one other housemate.
Two bathrooms - you would have your own.
Small yard.
And I have the garage set up as a home gym.
(This would have to be the best room of the house haha)
Not aren't after big party goers or smokers.
