Description of the home

PLEASE NOTE: THIS MASTER BEDROOM, FULLY FURNISHED, LINEN PROVIDED IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER 25 2023 until JANUARY 2 2024 while our housemates are away.

This lovely Nedlands cottage is situated near the local hospitals and UWA - walking distance to shops, cafes, banks, supermarkets and public transport. It is extremely quiet, considering how close we are to Stirling Highway and Hampden Road. A little oasis.

The garden is maintained by Brenda who is a part-time secretary and ex community support worker. We have three bedrooms, the front room which is available soon, is the master bedroom at the front of the house facing west and looking out on to a lovely garden with bird bath. We enjoy a very happy little household, sharing the occasional meal/wine/coffee/cake and get on extremely well.

The house has 3 bedrooms, large fully equipped kitchen and dining area looking out on to the back garden and barbeque/outdoor living area with very large table and chairs for those summertime nights or outdoor study time. A small north-facing room next to the kitchen has a Samsung smart 65"TV and we love playing music, YouTube, catch-up TV and movies.

Brenda is also very interested in music and is a member of Perth Broadway Chorus - attending festivals in various parts of the country for a long time. Cam is The Badpiper, lover of music and Comedy.......Musical people and instruments very welcome.
