I am offering a studio flat with own entrance, in my home. It is near new, tiled throughout. Has a kitchenette, own bathroom. A sliding door leads out onto a quite private covered paved patio area with a small garden, it is enclosed and there is a side gate for you use. Use of a share laundry with facilities for your own machine. Also there is a lock up garage which is suitable for a small/med car, with an internal door into the flat from the garage.
We are located conveniently to the coast and the city, with bus to city only a 5 minute walk from the house. Also there is a great shopping centre close.
