Located on Church Street, just near the brewery, you are around the corner from AMAZING restaurants (no shortage of access to every shade of brunch you can imagine) and a short tram ride away from Collingwood/Richmond/City/Prahran/Fitzroy.

The open plan living area upstairs comes with modern kitchen + walk-in pantry and flows out to the huge outdoor living space. Comes with aircon & heating.

We also have a cleaner who comes in couple of weeks (for the floors, bathrooms, etc) so that saves time - and rostering! - on those big jobs.

There is on-street parking across the road so if you have a car you'll have somewhere to put it.

House is fully equipped with the basics (fridge, washing machine, couch, TV, kitchen appliances, etc) and there is space in the living area for some more furniture if you have it.

Bec & Andrew (couple) – fun, easy going and well-travelled couple! Andrew is a 26yr old Geologist who works in WA so is only home one week out of three. Bec is a 28 from Melbourne and works in PR for emergency services. They both love getting out and about and enjoy good food along with a good beer or wine.

All roomies love meeting new people and getting their overseas adventure on when they can.
