Description of the home
We have a gorgeous 3 bedroom unit with spacious living areas and separate toilet/bathroom. Big kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and everything you could ever need. No need to bring anything with you if you don't want to. We have a spacious enclosed private back yard complete with a built in gas BBQ and spa and two undercover areas.
The house itself has been recently painted and has carpets in the lounge and bedrooms areas with tiles in the kitchen/dining area and the bathrooms. It is kept clean and tidy and shared between myself, my partner and our two cats.
We're based in Doubleview, with a bus stop less than a minutes walk which runs either to Stirling Station (Joondalup line) which is then 3 stops from the city, or the bus runs all the way into the city too. We're also less than 5 minutes from the coast and all the awesome beaches nearby, Doubleview shops is a couple minutes walk away with a large IGA, bakery and pharmacy and there's an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants and cafes nearby too.

Bills and expenses
Bills are split equally between all three occupants of the home. Internet is approximately $24 per month for NBN. Electricity ranges between $100-150 (total) per 2 months, Gas is between $140-200 (total) per 3 months. Water is included in the rent.

They both have free reign of the house and can go outside whenever they want. They are clean and although they have a litter tray they mostly go outside. Our old housemate didn't particularly like cats but was won over by our boys within 2 days.
