About the occupants
I'm Patrick, 42, running a small restaurant in Fitzroy. I work an inhuman number of hours, so you'll mostly see me racing out the door in the morning or losing consciousness on my return late at night. I like to keep it pretty quiet and relaxed at home, listening to music or podcasts, or staring blankly at home shopping on the telly. I love a good chat, the more ridiculous the better.
I like to cook, although I'm not often home to do so. I don't drink, but don't mind if you do.
Compatible people
I'm looking for the usual stuff - rent paid on time, dishes where they should be, regular house cleaning.
I'd rather use a roster for the main cleaning jobs, as i think it just avoids the old "who's turn is it?" conversation!
I've had trouble with non-payment of bills & rent in the past, and messiness, so please don't apply if you're not able to pay your way or keep the place clean.
Description of pets
Ollie is a 4yr old ginger champion, he's very relaxed and loves a cuddle. He'll probably tell you he hasn't been fed, but he most probably has been :-\ He provides EXCELLENT couch company and winter warmth! He belongs to an old housemate who may claim him in the future, but until then he will continue to steal hearts.
