I'm a 38 year old female looking for someone to take on a second bedroom in a house I'm currently renting in Highbury. The house is largerly furnished (washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, television, couch etc), the only thing you will need to provide is your bed. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage. Highbury is a great location, only 25 mins to the city and the neighbourhood clean and quiet. I have lived here for the past year with the owner of the property but as he is now relocating, and I would like to stay on, I need someone to help me with the expenses. I'm looking for a clean and tidy person who likes animals. I have two small Bichon Frise dogs and an 11 year old cat, with whom you'll be sharing the house.
