Home Description

Description of the home

THE HOUSE

The spacious lounge room is separate to the even more spacious open-planned-kitchen.

With heated floors and towel rack – some might say the bathroom is really great.

But in our opinion, the most spectacular part of the house is the massive deck – ideal for entertaining.

Complete with a shade umbrella, this deck overlooks a fire pit area and offers an unbridled view of our grungie wall.

There is no off-street parking, but you always get an all-day parking spot directly out the front of the house.

THE AREA

The house exists in part of Annandale that is surprisingly close to:
the city, the newly opened Tram Sheds, public transport, Glebe and Cornersmith café is actually on our corner.

An Uber to Newtown usually costs around $9.50
