Hi,

I'm looking for a housemate to help in sharing a spacious 2 bedroom home and helping with the bills and cleaning. I am 35 female professional and have fully furnished the home. Bedroom comes with queen bed ensemble. Large room, can fit desk. I'm not looking for a party house, someone respectful, happy to enjoy a wine or two , also please no couples as I work full-time and study looking for someone similar requirements. Open to short lease stays 1 month.

If you enjoy a modern, clean, respectful house close to the North Sydney train line, bus to city CBD and grocery stores this is it. Convenient, large BIR, Main bathroom. Air conditioning, Miele appliances, Internal Laundry, Dishwasher, modern two story apartment central to Crows nest, Cammeray and North Sydney. Exercise and netball oval 100 metres away. Internet, bills extra.
