Fully furnished house in Whyalla Norrie. Each room has their own TV, fridge, wardrobe, Air Con and bathroom, so if you want to keep some of your own food in your fridge, you are more than welcome too.

- The rooms have it's own key that locks your own door and the front door.
- 3 bathrooms, one with a giant bathtub and giant mirror
- All you have to bring is yourself and whatever else you need.
- Outdoor furniture with a BBQ. (Needs a gas bottle haha)
- 2-5 minute walk to the shopping mall, KFC, McDonalds.
- 2 minute walk to the pool/spa/sauna, gym.
- 5 minute walk to the cinema and UNI

Bills and expenses

$125 is the rent, and $25 goes to electricity/Gas.
I currently pay $50 a week to Gas and Electricity, but we can split it altogether so we're both paying $150 every week, equally.

Rent: $125
Electricity/Gas: $25
Altogether: $150.

I have a separate bank account that holds all my money that goes to bills.
Every week I'll give you a statement and show you where your money and my money is going so there's no miscommunication or confusion on where the money is going.

Food wise, it can go either way. We can either all put in weekly, or just get whatever you wish. I personally don't think about getting food because I'm always working, but it's something we can come to an agreement to.
