Bills and expenses

The bills payable are electricity, gas, (only things you use) open to getting cable tv etc. I pay a gardener to do lawns but you you wont have to pay for that. Bills divided 50/50 unless you are fifo and then I can split it based on your swing.

Description of pets
I do have one dog, she is almost 2 years old, blue staffy. Very cute and loving, but as staffys nature is she does get excited when she sees people and then she will calm down. I do let her inside as well as outside.
