Hi share house hunters,
Our lovely housemate is moving in with his girlfriend, so we (Serena, Olympia and Justin) are looking for a new fun and friendly guy (sorry, no girls or couples) to live with us in our share house in North Bondi.
THE HOUSE
Located less than 1km from the surf of Bondi Beach, the house on Frederick Street is a 2 storey house with 4 light filled bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a nice open kitchen (with gas stove top, dishwasher and eat in dining area) and a bright and airy lounge room. The house is in great condition and has timber floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. The main living area has air conditioning for the summer and gas heating for the winter. We have furniture, electronics and appliances so all you would need is a bed (plus anything else you want to bring).
Outside there is a rear courtyard and a BBQ for outdoor dining and a large undercover space for surfboards, bicycles and hanging your washing.
Nearby is a 379 bus stop (one of the first stops on the route so plenty of seats!) and cafe's, restaurants and Woolworths Metro are all within walking distance. If you have a car there is plenty of non-timed street parking.

Justin and Serena have lived together for a year, and Impy joined us last winter. We're all very settled in the house and planning to stay for a while.
Serena - Serena, 28 works in advertising in Surry Hills. In her free time, she enjoys drinking wine and pilates.
Olympia - Impy, 26, works in the city as a tech consultant. In her free time she enjoys catching up with friends, spending time at the beach and eating cheese.
Justin - Justin, 29 works in innovation in the city and in his free time enjoys surfing and travel (recently returned from a 2 year trip in Asia and Latin America) and is learning Spanish.
We are looking for another guy (sorry, no girls or couples) as we feel this creates a nice balance in the house. Housemates should be friendly, tidy, easy going and willing to attend the odd house dinner. They should also have full time jobs and be respectful of other housemates, especially during the week. It would be ideal if housemates are long term however we understand if circumstances change and we just ask for a few weeks notice.
We are fairly social so new housemates are welcome to join us for activities however we also like time on our own
