Lovely and fully furnished unit close to town. Perfectly sized for two people, the house has central heating, gas cooking, carpeted bedrooms & lounge room, with tiles in the kitchen/dining area. Lovely bushland views from the living room make you feel like you're away from it all. The main bathroom would be yours to use, and there is a separate toilet and laundry.

The courtyard currently has a splash of green (I'm attempting to nurture some flower pots and keep the weeds at bay!) and a little outdoor setting makes it a nice spot to relax with a cuppa or glass of wine.

The closest bus stop is a 2 minute walk away and Ballarat train station is a 6 minute drive. The easiest way to get around is by car or bicycle - the cozy garage fits another small car.

I'm Michelle, 28, a Ballarat local, working as a paediatric speech pathologist (working 8.30-5pm usually). I do my fair share of socialising on weekends and some week nights, and am equally happy plonked on the couch streaming Netflix. I keep the place clean & tidy, without being too fussy. I'm also a huge tea fanatic, and have a healthy wine rack that I can very slowly work through. I like to listen to music and usually have something on in the background when cooking or cleaning in the kitchen.
