3 level townhouse. Mid level is the living, dining, kitchen and European laundry, balcony. Lots of natural light. Air Con, dishwasher, island bench... one footstool.. (we need bar stools haha). The kitchen is big enough to have 2 ppl cooking at once even a 3rd as a chopper accomplice.

Downstairs - garage, tiny outdoor bit built for a clothes line, and then your beaut room.
Top level, Teina and I have our room/ bathroom and his office.
Floor boards in the living, carpet in bedrooms and tile in the bathroom. View of the city :)

Abbotsford; we are located right off Victoria St, close to Church. 15 min walk to Collingwood, half to Brunswick st. Trams/ trains galore. Food shopping is fab 5min walk to the HIVE- Aldi, Woolies and that cheap Asian grocery store which you can score a $2.50 bag of zucchinis (5 units) winnnning. Local cafes- 3 Bags Full.

About the occupants
Who you will be living with; Morgan and Teina, both busy bees. Out of the house about 6 days of the week.

Morgan, 27, works a casual job and a freelance pattern grader for fashion designers. Loves sewing, cooking curry and making raw caramel slice. Quotes are mainly Wayne's World or Kath & Kim based. Currently working on the Seinfeld ones..

I eat gf, try to clean eat most days and aint too good of friends with the FODMAPS..
I grew up in Hobart, and have been living here about 8 years.

Teina - Teina ,30,works evenings so he's a late riser, a builder, loves Peep Show and loves jazz and his Weber Baby Q BBQ. Has a wriggly Krama vibe.
Teina is originally from Wellington NZ but has been living here about 4 yrs. He loves to be organised and will introduce you to Evernote if you are yet to download that app. You may hear him singing in the shower, or just creeping about with his wireless headphones - deep in podcast world.
Compatible people
Open minded, loves a good giggle and can have a chat about the oddest things, to the more grown up things. Wanting to keep a tidy home, can respect each others space. We don't share food, it's a bit tricky with dietary requirements/ we make enough for lunches etc. We would be keen to have a family dinner every so often though! We share spices etc and the cleaning :)
