Description of the home
This home has a huge kitchen, two bedrooms, a study, a living room and a huge back yard. It is a 5 minute walk to Altona beach and all the shops and cute cafes Altona has to offer.
The house is fully furnished, however you will need to bring anything you need for your bedroom. There is no built-in wardrobe in your room but there is a clothes rack available if you would like it. There's plenty of room for a queen size bed, bed-side tables, wardrobe and dressing table or desk. It's a lovely bright bedroom with a big window.
There is an air-con in my bedroom however I mostly have my door open so it flows out into the rest of the house.
There is a massive garage for your storage needs and a gardener comes once a month to mow the lawns - we have a HUGE backyard.
There is also two large dogs and a cat living here so you must love animals!!

I work full time in Altona 6 days a week (mix of weekdays and weekends).
I like to chill watching movies, pottering around the house with my pets or going out to catch up with friends, I have been told I have an 'grandad' sense of humour.... I also have two sisters living in Melbourne.
I have two dogs and a cat - They are very loving and friendly. You must love animals to live here!
My housemate who has been here for the last 2 years is sadly moving out to live on her own, so I am looking for someone to replace her. Ideally I would like someone who likes their house to be a home, I like to keep things pretty quiet mostly however I'm happy for you to have friends over as long as you let me know in advance and I will do the same. If you have a cat or dog we would need to introduce them to my pets first to see if it would work.
You will need to sign onto the lease and pay your month bond to my housemate who is moving out. Please note the available date may change depending on when my house mate moves out.
