This is a beautiful bluestone cottage located in the south-east side of the side (near Hutt st). It has one available bedroom, which is spacious with high ceilings and a street facing window. The cottage has an open plan living/kitchen space which extends into a courtyard garden space.
The street is extremely quiet and safe, it has a coffee shop on the corner and is a 15 minute walk into the CBD. The parklands are 30 seconds from the location and offer an excellent connection to nature and exercise opportunities.
