Hi there,

My name is Coris and I'm a 30yo Australian currently living in Byron Bay. I will be in New York from the 9th to the 30th of March and happy to offer my room in a beautiful home while I am away.

The home on offer is a beautiful, modern 3 bedroom apartment in the centre of Byron Bay. It features a large first floor open plan living and kitchen area with large balcony overlooking the 20m pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, a large lounge room with TV, WiFi, sofa, air-conditioner, theres a laundry with washer and dryer and bathroom with full length bath.

The complex has a large lap pool, sun lounges, beautiful communal BBQ area with lots of open space and greenery. There is great security with video intercom and lock up garage.

The bedroom on offer is on the ground floor, has direct access to the pool, ceiling fan, large wardrobe and shares a full bathroom with bath/shower with one other female. One other male flatmate has the 2nd floor with own bathroom.

We're in a fantastic location in central Byron Bay. 5 minute walk to Woolworths, all the cafes, shops and main bus stop. Main beach is a 15 walk or 2 minute cycle.
